DHDS technology (Double Head Drive System) is used in the realization of any type of underground and in many boreholes; its use becomes almost indispensable when there are precarious conditions of support of the hole or complex stratigraphies.
The piles are made without the use of mud or polymers: the low environmental impact of the work with the surrounding environment makes it less costly to landfill the result and makes the work suitable in urban contexts and polluted sites.
It is a process suitable for any geotechnical context, from the silt of the Venetian lagoon to alluvial soils; the vertical excursion of the helix with respect to the coating determines the exact configuration depending on the stratigraphy crossed.
During the excavation phase, the integrity of the surrounding soil is guaranteed by the lining; during the ascent phase, the impossibility of detensioning the soil is guaranteed by the lining-helix group, a protection both lateral and against possible siphoning of the material at the point of excavation, a real guarantee against injury to neighboring buildings.
