This is how it is done, using modern, powerful machines:
- small-diameter piles (micropiles) with reinforcement consisting of cages up to a nominal diameter of 300 mm
- medium-diameter piles with a nominal diameter of 400 - 500 - 600 - 800 mm, driven using the 'Marflutt' system;
- large-diameter piles 1000 - 1200 - 1500 -2000 mm executed with a form pipe;
- traditional bored piles, with or without casing pipe made of bentonite mud or polymers;
- drilled piles using CFA technology up to a diameter of 1200 mm;
- DHDS piles with double head for secant bulkheads;
- FDP piles with lateral displacement made without soil removal;
- soil mixing piles with mechanical soil mixing both single and triple helix;
- roto-fixed piles made without removing soil and without vibration, tested in polluted sites to prevent groundwater communication.
